Welcome!

Hi everyone,

As you can see from our pic above (thanks Diane!), at least the course is getting some use!

We are continuing to work on getting and keeping the courses in excellent shape.  The recent rain helps too.

Wondering when we are going to reopen?  I get that question a lot.  Unfortunately, that decision is out of our hands.  If we continue to maintain physical distancing and the number of coronavirus cases decreases, the Los Angeles County Public Health department will lift the safe at home order.   Once that happens, we will let you know.

We hope you are all continuing to stay at home and limiting physical distances.  We know you are itching to get back out on the course, and trust me – we are anxious to see all of you too!  In anticipation of that happy day, here are some ideas to keep you primed and ready:

  • Practice your golf game at home.  We will continue to offer tips from our golf pro, Paul Do Canto, that can be done inside and away from the course.  See below for one.
  • Are you looking at your golf bag with shame or disgust?  Is it time to upgrade your clubs?  We have some new and experienced clubs in our recently updated e-store!  Check them out here.
  • Does your game need some tweaking, adjustments, or perhaps a total rehaul?  No judgement here!  We have golf instructors who can help!  We are still offering lesson packages from all of our friendly golf pros at discounted pricing.  Click here to choose.

As mentioned in our last newsletter, if you have the opportunity and the means to do so, we ask that you support your favorite businesses with take out meals or the online purchase of gift cards that can be redeemed when the business reopens.

We appreciate you and hope you and yours remain safe and healthy.

Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you soon!

We have also added some new and gently used merchandise to our online store.  Check them out at your convenience.  We are offering them at a discounted price AND will ship them to you for FREE!  Then you can try them out in the privacy of your own home with Paul’s stay at home tip below!

Tips from Our Pro

What’s New and Exciting?

Stick The Finish!

If you want to gain a little distance and accuracy then complete your swing. • If your swing stops 3/4’s of the way…You have probably started to decelerate thru impact and have given up at least 4 miles per hour which has cost you about 12 yards in distance in an iron shot and approximately 21 yards in driver length. • Not to mention the possibility of blocking a shot if your upper body falls behind…Or the lovely duck hook if your arms outrace your lower body. Spend a few minutes each day working on getting the club to rest across your shoulders with your back foot up on its toes. Belly button pointing down your target line. • No golf ball necessary for this one…
